AB/DL/BabyFur/Other?: Both AB as well as Babyfur. Mostly an AB.
When did you first realize you were ABDL?:
I realized I was an AB, or what could’ve been considered a TB around the age of 11. I realized there was a community around that time, however, in hindsight I do recall being into the babyish stuff even before then.
What steps did you take to get your diaper 'fix' as a child and/or teen?:
I would take a diaper/pull-up (just one or two to avoid suspicion) from a friend’s house and wear them. I never went so far as to use them as they were not easy to get then.
Do your parents and/or siblings know about you and diapers? If so, please explain how, and how they reacted?:
My parents are aware about not only my diapers, but also my entire AB side. I was going through some internal rough times, so I decided to tell them so I wouldn’t have to try and lie to them about the large packages I was going to be receiving (I’m a bad liar). I gave them a long document that explained everything, and even took inspiration from the Understanding Infantilism site. They reacted fairly well, and even make jokes about it sometimes. They are also aware of my daddy, and welcomed him to the family. They even come over for dinner sometimes, and our house is AB-ified. I’m pretty open about it.
Have you dealt with the shame and regret that is the binge/purge cycle? Please explain.:
In the past, I have gone through this, but not as badly as most others. Mostly just throwing diapers away or other little toys.
How has this fetish affected your social life and/or dating?:
Everyone outside of my work life knows about my AB side and they’re all very supportive, and some are even very encouraging of it. It’s affected more positively in the end for being my true self.
For the little dunces, please tell us about what it was like to discover this fetish/lifestyle on the Internet. Please be at least 18 at the time of writing, but be specific about what age you discovered it, what sites helped you, and keep this part PG for obvious reasons:
While I discovered the lifestyle at a much younger age (11) - I was still actively participating in forums and chats by the time I was 18, and still do. Being able to make new friends and have those friendships last a long time has really helped my self-confidence in the community. Connecting with people is what helped me.
Do your interests involve a subset of this community, such as babyfurs, diaper disciplinarians, wet/messy, sissybabies etc.? Please tell us about it. I won't even try to be specific here; just tell us what you think people should know.:
I am a babyfur for the sake of the art and community, but not really sure if it goes past that in that subset. I do wear diapers 24/7 out of choice, so wet and messy diapers are part of it, especially as a full on AB. I do also have a slight sissy side, but it’s not that prominent in my AB side.
What % of your sexual activities and/or masturbation incorporate diapers? Has this caused problems for you?:
I would say 100% of the time I’m either wearing or thinking about diapers and such when masturbating. I’m not a very sexual person however, so this happens infrequently.
If you get into the regression aspect of ABDL please tell us more about that. If you do not, and you have feelings about being lumped into a fetish involving it, explain how it makes you feel.:
I live the lifestyle very often when I’m not at work, so I bounce from being in adult mode and regressed pretty often and fairly quickly.
