Update: Christian Choate

Up-to-date, I have an update on Christian Choate. If you've been following the story for the past 18 months, you know that Christian is the boy who was found murdered in 2011. He had spent the last years of his life locked in a trailer, forced to live in a dog cage. Most of that time he had spent naked - except for a period of time after he began urinating and defecating on himself, when he was forced to wear diapers originally purchased the family's youngest child. You may remember my link to the story about his sister and her friends taking pictures of him - pictures which may well be circulating on the Internet today.

The good news is, his father, Riley, pled guilty to neglect charges and faces 80 years at sentencing. His mother, Christina, faces up to 25. Well nothing will ever bring this kid back, we can be glad that no other child will suffer the same fate at the hands of these two animals.

I personally will take great satisfaction of knowing that Riley Choate is going to spend the rest of his life living in a cage.

I know some of us have fantasies of being caged in diapers. And for consenting adults, that is totally cool. Don't feel guilty in the least when you engage in this type of role play.

But please: honor this kid's memory by reporting photos you see of young people being exploited. And don't ever share them. There is too much of that on the Internet, and it needs to end.

On Television: The 15-Stone Babies

The 15-Stone Babies

Up today, information about a show on the UK's Channel 4: The 15-Stone Babies. It's described as a "documentary taking a close look at the fantasy world of Britain's adult 'babies' " - and, from the accounts I've heard, seems to portray us in as respectful a light as possible.

Here is an update on the California man caught throwing dirty diapers all over the streets. I know that, when I was in high school and had to dispose of diapers secretly, the environment was far from my top priority... I tossed used diapers into streams and ravines in an effort to hide them. I was only thinking about not being humiliated by their discovery in the trash, not their discovery by innocent passersby. So part of this story rings strange for me: the part where this man, driving a luxury automobile, can't just throw these diapers in the trash... wtf?

"The man was identified as a suspect in September but not arrested after Laguna Beach police found a freshly tossed bag of diapers that contained an envelope with an address that led them to a Newport Coast home. Detectives staked out the home, then followed a man as he left in a car, headed to Laguna Beach and then made a U-turn. When officers stopped him in the Crystal Cove shopping center, the man had dirty diapers on the seat beside him."

On Sunday this blog celebrated a birthday.

That's right... four years old!!

When I began this blog on November 25, 2008 I had no idea what it would become. I was simply looking for a place to write more than I could include in a bio on Aby.com. I'd blogged on MySpace, and my MySpace diaper page had actually attracted quite a few regular readers - mostly unbeknownst to me. But my blog mostly consisted of updates on my road trip (dates, locations) and a few photo sets. No real stories, or anything like that. Still, I had no idea how many people were actually regularly reading it when I started this one. Only once people started hitting me up after reading this one did I realize how long some of y'all have been with me. 

When I began this blog, there were very few ABDL blogs. Of those I found, only two or three were actually active. Many have begun since I started blogging. Some have started and stopped, and others post sporadically. A few are very active.

This is my 753rd blog entry in four years. That's, on average, more than one blog entry every two days. Many have been blog entries about nothing. Others have been parts of whole series, including the What Makes Us Tick series in 2010; the Q&A Series I started last year; a whole host of guest entry baby picture (and diaper picture) photosets; my photo contest from summer 2012; the Hall of Shame, and, of course, even a few entries I've written myself.

In the four years that I've been blogging, you guys have stuck with me - and then some. 

You've subscribed to the blog and joined my short-lived mailing list. 

Some of you have sent in suggestions and submissions. 

You've entered - and sponsored - my contests. 

You've taken my surveys. 

You've submitted stories, Q&As, and more. 

You've sent in adorable baby pictures, diaper pictures, furry pictures... all kinds of cuteness has graced these pages. 

You've done a lot for me, for this blog, and for my readers. 

But, mostly, you've just continued to read the blog. 

I still remember when my view counter told me that I'd gotten my first reader - beside me. I was so excited! 

There was a time that I would count daily viewers on one hand. 

During 2008 and 2009 I made a habit of announcing viewer milestones on the blog. But I didn't really track the analytics. It wasn't until February 2010 that I began tracking it on a regular basis. 

On February 23, 2010 I had gotten 21,025 unique daily views. This means I'd essentially averaged 44 average daily viewers up until that point. Keeping in mind that for several weeks I'd averaged 1 daily viewer - me - and for weeks more I'd averaged a dozen or less a day - 44 daily viewers was pretty surprising to me, and exciting. 

For the remainder of that year I averaged 110 unique daily viewers. Not bad...

In 2011 Abysitter.com had 49,626 daily viewers - an average of 139 readers every day. (I'd spent the first half of the year at 160/day, but then took a break for almost a month, and saw it drop to 100). 

So far, for 2012, the blog has already surpassed 50,000 unique dailies - fuck yea! - and we're back, averaging 154.11 unique daily views this year. 

 With the advent of Tumblr, and Facebook pages, that rip ABDL pictures right off of websites, I had been expecting my numbers to drop. I figured a lot of my readers who only came here for the hot photos would move on over to Tumblr, where the photos are plentiful. That obviously hasn't happened - or at the very least many of us are visiting Tumblr and Abysitter.com. 

154 viewers/day - and 155,000+ unique daily views since birth?

More than 400,000 total views since I began counting them?

For a diaper blog that blocks Google searches and doesn't spam anywhere besides diaper websites and a diaper-only Facebook and Twitter account, that's pretty fucking dope. 

For a diaper blog that makes a concerted effort to only post pictures that have been donated by the subjects of them... well, you get the idea. 

And you all are directly responsible for it. 

So I have to say thank you.

The JEdward Shit Put Challenge...

Up today I have an awesome video sent in from one of my UK readers, Baby Brenty. This is a guest appearance from the frequently-diapered boyband duo on a UK program called Celebrity Juice. The two are clearly wearing AB diapers and are having a contest to see who can get their - uh, dookie - to fly the farthest.

Diaper Pictures: Dman420

Up today I have a few pictures of my new diaper tapes, being modeled by none other than Dman420. These were taken at a few locations around Orlando. They're kind of semi-public... diapered and showing, but not too crazy. We're eventually going to take some nothing-but-D pics. 

Funny story: at one point just before this shoot we were just chilling on this public dock, relaxing, when we were joined by some random. I looked over and saw this dude sagging, diaper completely showing - and random dude getting a clear view of said diapered bottom. WTF lol.

AB or DL? More DL than AB - but love onesies and snap-fastening clothing (and dungarees) ...

When did you first realise you were ABDL?

Weirdly, I didn't - until it happened. I have always had a kinky streak and loved clothing that can 'give access' easily. Crotch-fastening underwear or onesies have always formed part of my wardrobe since I came across them just after leaving my parents (I was 17). I have a thing for underwear generally too, so had all sorts from jocks to boxers to complete thermal sets ... but hey, I digress already.

Anyway, I'd been seeing this guy and we'd been going out whenever I got into London. He gradually started asking me to turn up in assorted ways to ensure my 3-hour journey to the city kept me, shall we say, excited. 

On this particular trip, I was staying for 4 nights as I was working on a contract in the city. I was told not to pack any underwear but to arrive wearing a cock-ring instead. It meant I was flapping all-over the place in my pants and was pretty ready for anything by the time I got to his place. As a bottom, I was welcomed and then welcomed him, if you get my drift, but wasn't allowed to get off too. Instead, he put a butt-plug in and gave me a pair of black-CK underwear to put on.

We then went out partying. Of course, I was semi-erect, leaking pre-cum and the plug didn't really help this condition much at all. Sp I flooded the black underwear with something of a sticky mess and was spanked for it when we got back in - "look at this mess in your underpants" etc. 

For work, the following day, I was put in a chastity cage (a CB6000S) as I still hadn't 'shot my load', this to prevent playing during the day. When I got back in the evening, I was stripped to the CB6000S, the plug re-inserted, and we ate before getting ready to go out. Thinking about it, I should have twigged at the amount of liquid I was given with my meal.

Anyway, I went to shower, and when I came back to the bedroom he'd laid out my clothing for the trip to the local club. Trainers, socks, jeans, a tight white t-shirt ... and a nappy - a tena Maxi. 

He said I had made such a mess of the underpants that he wanted to make sure I didn't do the same to the jeans as I would stay locked up and plugged for the evening. He put the nappy on me, and I have to confess that I was straining within my CB from the moment I'd seen the nappy. He then gave me another drink ... then we headed out.

Later, I needed to go to the bathroom to relieve some of the huge amount of liquid I had consumed ... that's when he caught hold of me and whispered in my ear "that's what the nappy's for". 

I blushed like mad. And held on to my piss until I couldn't hold it any longer. At that point, I tried letting lots of little bits out at a time - at least I had the sense not to flood my nappy completely. I had never been so horny as I was, standing in the bar, pissing myself in front of everyone and then feeling the nappy bulk up around my bits. He had been watching me intently and knew the moment I started to fill my nappy - he patted me on the backside mid-flow and asked if I was hard ... I simply nodded.

When we got back, I was on the point of leakage - he simply stripped me down and changed me. I was nappied every night I was there from then on. If travelling to/from his place from home, I would also have to travel nappied. He found a fetish i never knew I had - and boy, do I love it :)

What steps did you take to get your fix ...

I cheated. I chatted to some guys in Gaydar's nappy chat room and found out where to buy some locally. Initially, I made up a story about my Dad having surgery and needing them as he's a similar build to me. So I went in and bought over the counter. I didn't need my cover-story, and they were completely indifferent about it. Good choice using a mobility store as they sell them all the time. 

These same chatroom guys then recommended a few different brands and a few places to order online, so I tried a few out. Generally, you'll find me in M4s these days.

Do your parents/siblings know about your diapers?

Nope. Not yet. It'll come in due course. They didn't cope well (parents) with me coming out - although my siblings wouldn't give a damn :)

Binge/Purge/Recycle

Not a chance. I'm still binging! 

How has it affected social life and/or dating?

I prefer dating with a nappy on. Socially, I have a couple of friends who know I wear, so they're cool with it. I also have a more recent guy who wants me to wear 24/7/365 and loves to control what state I end up in ... So, all's well in that respect.

Some experts believe that we become the way we are because of traumas experienced at an early age, including abuse and/or neglect. Do your life experiences bear this out?

Nahh - I did have a particularly rough childhood and went to an all-male boarding school - perhaps that's where my (many) fetishes generally came from, perhaps not ... I just think we are what we are - whatever turns you on - as long as it doesn't do harm, cause offence or break the law, go for it!

For the little dunces, please tell us about what it was like to discover this fetish/lifestyle on the Internet. Please be at least 18 at the time of writing, but be specific about what age you discovered it, what sites helped you, and keep this part PG for obvious reasons.

I hit the Internet a LOT after I was sent home in my (wet) nappy. I had a few spare, so I was sat in them while finding groups and sites. Once I found a few other sites, I realised I wasn't so extreme and began shopping for onesies and all-in-ones (sleepwear for use in the house while padding around, I sleep either naked or more recently nappied) so that I could wear more.

So I think the sites (such as yours) explaining how people came to be AB/DL really helped keep my head in the right place. 

Do your interests involve a subset of this community, such as babyfurs, diaper disciplinarians, wet/messy, sissy babies etc.? Please tell us about it. I won't even try to be specific here; just tell us what you think people should know.

Not necessarily - I'm up for most things. I guess I'm more DL than AB, but love some of the clothing (I really like adult clothing that accommodates the nappy and makes it easy to access - snap fasteners and onesies tick theses boxes nicely).

What % of your sexual activities and/or masturbation incorporate diapers? Has this caused problems for you?

If not in a CB, I'd say 99% now.

If you get into the regression aspect of ABDL please tell us more about that. If you do not, and you have feelings about being lumped into a fetish involving it, explain how it makes you feel.

I am a hypnotherapist, so I have a few people ask if I can regress or make them incontinent. As long as it's done safely, then I'm fine with it.

UFC - In Diapers?

Up today I've got a video sent in by Vincent VanGoo. It's a video of UFC fighters rocking diapers, Sumo-style. In it, UFC middleweight fighter Tom Lawlor says "I think it's about damn time Sumo gets some recognition." We agree! Hopefully we'll see more UFC/Sumo wrestling in the future. 

I'm not usually a UFC fan, but I can make an exception for UFC in diapers. Think about it: a mixture of about as tough as you can get with as soft as you can get. Who wouldn't love that? 

Diaper Pictures: Dman420

Up today, I have five more pictures from last month's photoshoot with Dman420. These pictures are primarily closeups of the Attends small/youth brief. I'm not even sure that these are sold in stores anymore...

I got these at an amazing price because I had been going to the same pharmacy to buy Attends medium briefs a few years ago, and had become sort of a regular customer, when one day the clerk told me that, due to the high number of pill poppers in the state of Florida, the pharmacy was being forced stop selling items like adult diapers so that they could make the pharmacy section of the store bigger for pills. She offered me two bags of this style diaper just to get it off the shelves. I can't remember if it was five dollars each or $10, but they typically sold for over $20. I said no at first, but then thought better of it and said yes. Who can pass up an amazing deal like that? I figured one day I'd have the chance to use them. And I think you will agree they look adorable...

Diaper Tapes - Now In Holiday Colors

If you read my blog regularly you know I recently discovered duct tape that doubles as diaper tapes. A few weeks ago I posted some different patterns that I thought would look cute on a diaper, and since then I've posted some pictures and some more pictures of Dman420 modeling at least one type of this tape.

Today I checked out their supply, and found that Walmart has a ton of new patterns in stock - including a few for the holidays. I snapped a picture and bought a few rolls for myself. You'll notice snowman, gingerbread men, and penguins among them. Also new: a tropical print - kind of reminds me of the 'Aloha' Huggies-brand diapers released last year, no? Also rainbow, skulls-and-crossbones, and military camouflage. And there's even some kind of weird mustache tape.

Facebook Trollage...

There is nothing cuter than a group of Facebook trolls in a heated debate, and the insults turn to bedwetting and diaper wearing. I've actually seen this quite a few times, and always wonder if the people involved are ABDL.
Probably not, but makes you wonder LOL.

Do diapers get thrown into so many troll debates because it's the worst, most humiliating insult someone can think of to say to someone else - even someone who should have been out of diapers for many years? They do seem to make way more than their fair share in Internet debates...

 

Seacrest?

I was listening to the Ryan Seacrest show on XL 107 in Orlando today at 12:15 p.m. EST, and I caught the tail end of his monologue about Justin Bieber. The gist of what he was saying was, it would be a perfect world if we could all just go to a Justin Bieber concert and wear nothing but a diaper.

Wtf?

Did anyone else catch what he was talking about? I don't usually listen to the show, so I'm not sure if it's streamed online or something, but if you heard it and know what he was talking about, hit me up with an email or comment.
