Q&A: Zac

Up today, we have a Q&A from Zac.

Zac has contributed pictures to the blog before and was, in fact, one of my first photo contributed. You can see all of his stuff here, or click on Zac.abysitter.com.

Today Zac has contributed a full Q&A - and some more adorable pictures.

If you know him from other sites, be sure to say 'thanks'!

Name/Nick: Zachary but just go by Zac
Age: 21
City/State/Country: New Jersey
AB/DL/BabyFur/Other? AB/DL

The questions are:

• When did you first realize you were ABDL?
Well I didn't really know anything about it till I was like 16-17, because that's when I got my first computer in my own room.  I had been too nervous to do research on it with the family computer in case someone found something in the history. I had been interested in diapers since I was like 8-9 though.

• What steps did you take to get your diaper 'fix' as a child and/or teen?
Well when I was little my older brother was a bedwetter, so on random sneaky occasions I would take one and wear it for the day. Couldn't do it often though, because I didn't want to get caught. Later when I could drive and had my own car at 17, I would go buy my own.

• Have you dealt with the shame and regret that is the binge/purge cycle? Please explain.
I actually haven't had any problems with that. I know that is sometimes a big deal with ab/dls in their 20s, but never had a problem with it. I have been wearing 24/7 for almost 3 years so I'm pretty comfortable with myself.

• For collegebabies/DLs, did this interest affect your college experiences? If so, how?
Haha also like above hasn't really affected it lol. I've been wearing diaper sense I have been in college. I have gone to class, parties, school activities all padded. The only thing I have to do is keep some changes in my book bag, with powder, wipes, and other diaper supplies. Changing in bathroom stalls at school kind of sucks though lol.

• How has this fetish affected your social life and/or dating? Married life? Parenting?
Socially with friends I have to be a little more careful. It isn't something I blast around my friends. So usually I wear a belt all the time so my shorts/jeans don't fall down. I also sometimes wear boxers over my diaper so they don't really show. As for dating I actually have a bf that is a dl so that kind of helps matters there lol.

• Some experts believe that we become the way we are because of traumas experienced at an early age, including abuse and/or neglect. Do your life experiences bear this out?
I didn't have any traumas that I experienced in my early childhood nor was I neglected. I was kind of the favorite with my mom. So I guess I just got interested on my own really.

• What % of your sexual activities and/or masturbation incorporate diapers? Has this caused problems for you?
I won't even lie it is a pretty big % lol. Usually masturbation only really involves diapers now. I like to do it while I'm padded or when I am changing. Usually it is what gets me excited, but also diapers are involved a lot of the time during sex with the bf also. Don't really have any problem with it minus the diaper stuff that sometimes gets all over the place if there is a diaper blow out lol.

• If you get into the regression aspect of ABDL please tell us more about that. If you do not, and you have feelings about being lumped into a fetish involving it, explain how it makes you feel.
I am an ab I don't really do it all the time though. I mean I usually have my paci with me most of the time cause sucking on it has kind of become a stress reliever, and I partially have an oral fixation problem. So I usually need gum or paci in my mouth or I get nervous lol. Ab side usually comes out while I'm being changed and then kind of carries on after that. I have a bunch of clothing and stuff that I can wear when I feel like it. Also like being thickly padded when I'm in an abish mood helps me feel more babish.

A Diaperless Vacation? FUCK NO.

If you are a member of Diaper-Bois.com, you know that the profiles contain a series of questions. These have multiple choice answers  -think yes/no - and are not fill-in-the-blank.

Among them are the "relationship stopper" questions. The first one is my favorite: it wonders if the member could go on a two-week vacation without involving diapers.

Relationship Stoppers

 No
 Yes
 Yes

I would just like to say that, if available, my answer would have been FUCK NO.

Seriously.

Actually, first I probably would have tried to answer the question with a question.

Something along the lines of... why?

Why would someone want to do this?

And, if pressed for a yes or no answer, I would have answered with the F NO.

I can answer this honestly because I have tried.

And failed.

I no longer try.

Props to all of you who can go days, weeks, or even months without diapering up.

Y'all are pretty impressive.

Really.

Because I can't do it.

As a child, my family vacationed in Orlando, FL on a semi-annual basis.

(Yea, the same Orlando I live in, now...)

As a kid you're forced to travel without diapers. I, however, began to recognize the intensity for my need to regress on these vacations. When you're sharing a hotel room with your family, and sharing a queen-sized bed with your sibling - we were economy travelers even before the Priceline era - you're forced to spend your vacation as a "big kid".

Most of us can probably agree that sucks.

And, for me, it was torturous.

I was the kid who, unbeknownst to his family, created a thick cloth diaper out of an extra pool towel, pinned it on, and slept in it, secretly, the last few nights of the vacation.

One night I even lay on the floor of the bathroom, around 3 a.m., in my towel diaper, sucking on a pacifier I'd snuck in my luggage. I was maybe 15 around this time, and found being with my family for such an extended period of time pretty stressful. The fake-diaper-baby moment was my stress relief, and it was probably as magical to me, then, as anything in the Magic Kingdom.

I still remember my father knocking on the door around 4 a.m.

And I remember carefully taking my diaper off under the covers in the morning, so that nobody would know I had been pinned up in a towel

Thinking back... I was a fiend.

But for me, it's always been more about the psychological need to wear diapers than it has any sexual attraction to them.

And little has changed since then.

Fast forward [censored] years to summer 2011. I am in my family's summer house, enjoying the weeks after Baby Mikey's visit - and spending an extraordinary amount of time in diapers.

I have bottles and pacifiers around the house.

I've stripped down to just a diaper and t-shirt for a four-hour ride around the lake.

I've swum in diapers. I've suntanned in diapers. And I'm enjoying some Baby Cwis time. It's heaven.

But I have to balance Baby Cwis with Chris, the Orlando resident whose friends wait all year for my New York trip.

I have a lot of friends to fit in, and I've done something creative this year: I've managed to fit a bunch of my friends all into one long weekend at the cottage.

It will be a long weekend without diapers.

Everyone is supposed to start arriving Thursday night.

Wednesday at 9 p.m. I get the first call.

Bobby is thirty minutes away. He couldn't wait to see me. He's excited. I'm annoyed, because I have twenty minutes to peel off an amazingly-soaked diaper and rush around the cottage picking up my diaper supplies. Bobby knows about me and diapers, but he's not a friend I want to leave that shit out around, lest I hear about it through the weekend.

So my diaper less weekend begins early.

The weekend is a lot of fun, full of ten or so friends - many of whom have worn with me, but each privately and some unbeknownst to each other. We go sailing, swimming, and drive all over the region.

But I'm diaperless.

I slog through it, and can almost forget about diapers because I'm having so much fun. However, I've become so accustomed to being diapered at night it's hard for me to sleep without a diaper on.

Add to that the fact that we are staying up until 2 a.m. and waking up at 7 a.m. - many of us hung over.

And there is the typical relationship drama that follows my friends everywhere - late-night arguments, phone calls from girlfriends jealous they were left out, plus those among my friends who hate each other and have only travelled the hour to tolerate each other because of their friendship with me. It's a little stressful.

Wednesday turns into Thursday. Thursday turns into Friday. Friday turns into Saturday. Saturday turns into Sunday.

Sunday turns into Monday, and Monday morning everyone is supposed to leave. Stephen, perhaps sensing my raising anxiety level, has his kids packed up early, and they're ready to go at 8 a.m.

Soon, everyone else is on their way out, too. They've cleaned the whole house. They've taken the trash with them. There are only a few beer bottles hidden in strategic points around the lawn. The house looks almost as good as it did before they arrived - you'd never know that nearly fifteen people had partied there all weekend.

Unless you saw me.

My nerves are shot; I'm a mix between having fun and slapping someone with a frying pan.

And Bobby makes the announcement: now that everyone is gone he and I can have fun, just us.

Go to some antique stores, or maybe a diner.

Drive out to my boat.

He has all kinds of ideas.

And I have just one: I want to be Cwis.

I need to be Cwis.

And this is when I realize that I still have an intense psychological need to Pamper up.

I am with one of my best friends. We won't see each other for a full year, probably. And I can't wait for him to leave. I just need to regress...

So I tell him it's time to go. He argues, and then guesses correctly - "It's not my fault you can't go more than a few days without wearing a diaper."

He leaves begrudgingly, and, after giving him sufficient time to turn around and come back having "forgotten" something - a favorite play of his - I lock the doors, retrieve my diaper bag from the closet, and Cwis up.

And, instantly, I am relaxed.

For me, it's like the stress melts away when I put on a diaper.

It's been like that since I was a little kid.

Junior high school.

High school.

College.

Young adult.

Adult.

Even today... nothing has changed.

When I am stressed the most, I put on a diaper.

And it's like an instant antidepressant.

Anti-anxiety medication.

Whatever you might call it... for those of us who are really AB/DL fiends, diapers are our Xanax.

I lied in the answers I gave on Diaper-Bois.

I've had sex without diapers.

I had a relationship with a non-ABDL.

But I wouldn't want to repeat either, really.

But the vacation for two weeks without diapers question?

I could have answered that one at age seven.

And the answer would have been the same as it is right now.

Why?

Fuck no!

For all of those of you who can - woot woot, go you.

For all of you binge/purgers who can go months without them - I'm so proud of you!

For all of you who can't imagine needing to diaper up - you are the lucky ones.

For the rest of us, there's diapers.

And our need to wear them.

For me, there's Cwis.

Cwis struggles to go two days without diapers.

Cwis sleeps in them nightly, and wears them all day many days.

Not quite 24/7, but in no way capable of ever purging.

Proud to say...

a vacation without diapers?

Not happening.

COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT #2
RobbiexRainbow

As an ABDL blogger since 2008, I know how difficult keeping up a blog is.

It can be a royal pain-in-the-diapered-ass.

Once you get through the growing pains - just getting traffic to your blog can be a bitch - you realize that you now have something of a commitment. Your mission, if you choose to accept, is to create fresh, new content that will keep readers coming back day after day, week after week, month after month.

Sometimes it seems overwhelming.

I've seen a shit ton of new blogs flounder and die, in part, because of this.

I've even linked to some, in the links to the right, that didn't make it past the first few months.

RobbiexRainbow is an ABDL blogger who's not only created a blog that is sustainable, I'd say it's quite popular. I'd also call it a credit to the community.

Robbie's site is more of a blogsite than a blog - it allows users to sign up to have access to parts of his blog that they wouldn't ordinarily be able to. From the site you can navigate to Robbie's Blogger.com blog, as well as see pictures (album recently updated), videos, and even screenshots of diaper-related conversations (snippets). There's also some information on infantilism and other aspects of our fetish.

I like Robbie's site because he keeps it up. He's always posting new pictures with a whole bunch of different themes, and his blog on Blogger is updated on a fairly regular basis. Robbie and I are also friends on RUPadded, FetLife, and some other places, and he is always entertaining me in those places, too.

Robbie is heteroflexible, and pretty open about his sexuality. He's a gifted writer, and that's somewhat rare these days in a world of photo-only blogs and community sites where pictures are often 95% of the content.

If you read diaper blogs, like diaper pictures or videos, or just want to support an ABDL community member trying to do something to give back to the community, you owe it to yourself to check out www.RobbiexRainbow.tk. The link is in the list to the right, if you can't remember it and need to come back for it later...

Q&A With RobbiexRainbow

Name/Nick:
Robert/Robbie/RobbiexRainbow/RxR

 Age:
19

 City/State/Country:
Archdale/NC/USA

 AB/DL/BabyFur/Other?
 AB

 • When did you first realize you were ABDL?

Right after my 14th birthday

 • What steps did you take to get your diaper 'fix' as a child and/or teen?

For the first bit, I stole my younger brother’s left over pull ups, since he was being potty trained. After that, I purchased goodnites and generic Walgreen brand a little later.

 • Do your parents and/or siblings know about you and diapers? If so, please explain how, and how they reacted?

My mom does know. At first, she just told me it was a phase and helped me obtain diapers. But that soon ended and she went into denial about it. Now she doesn’t care as long as she doesn’t have to see it.

 • Have you dealt with the shame and regret that is the binge/purge cycle? Please explain.

For the first 2 years of being part of the fetish, I would go hard at wearing for a few weeks, and then not think of it for a month or so. On two separate occasions, I threw all my stuff out and a month later, I was forced to start fresh. Third year of doing so [17, Senior year], I became a lot better with it because I rationalized it all out and found a comfortable median and haven’t had a binge/purge cycle.

 • For collegebabies/DLs, did this interest affect your college experiences? If so, how?

N/A - Still live at home

 • How has this fetish affected your social life and/or dating? Married life? Parenting?

I’m rather open about my fetish. Most of my friends know and most of them don’t care. Somewhat like my mom – so long as they don’t have to see it, it doesn’t bother them. As for dating, I actually used it as a way to weed out people that I didn’t find good enough for me. Although infantilism isn’t the main focus of my life, it is an important part of it.

 • Some experts believe that we become the way we are because of traumas experienced at an early age, including abuse and/or neglect. Do your life experiences bear this out?

I, being a person with burning love for psychology, have my own personal theory of where it came from for me. I have never met my father, and never had a decent fatherly figure. My mother sucked at parenting, and I moved around a lot so I never got attached to anyone. Infantilism, for me, is a way I cope with that and it brings me back to innocence. I’ve made a lot of friends in the community and enjoy talking to people who are “daddies” for the above reasons – they help fill a void.

 • For the little dunces, please tell us about what it was like to discover this fetish/lifestyle on the Internet. Please be at least 18 at the time of writing, but be specific about what age you discovered it, what sites helped you, and keep this part PG for obvious reasons.

I’m pretty sure this applies to me, since I was 14 when it started. My first experiences online were from a site called DPF [Diaper Pal Friends? I think it was.] I was young, and didn’t realize how many people were actually pedos with a false persona. But at the time, it was enjoyable to know I wasn’t alone with these feelings.

 • What % of your sexual activities and/or masturbation incorporate diapers? Has this caused problems for you?

It is almost none for me. Yes, I can be wet and hump and it feel good, but that’s a reaction to the physical stimuli that is presented. Not because it turns me on.

 • If you get into the regression aspect of ABDL please tell us more about that. If you do not, and you have feelings about being lumped into a fetish involving it, explain how it makes you feel.

I can get into the regression aspect of ABDL when I am having a really good role play online or reading a really well written story. Being able to regress in person is a challenge for me that I am slowly trying to overcome.

Don't let yourself be limited by my questions. If you have anything else at all that you would like to say please feel free to say it here:

I would like to point out that, in my OPINION, infantilism is everything from a simple interest, to a lifestyle/hobby, to a sexual fetish, and can fluidly flow through all these channels. Infantilism is unique in the fact that it can be used to supplement/cope for a number of thing that were either scarce in the past or feared for the future. No one should feel like since the word “fetish” is tacked onto it that they have to be seen as someone who is a creepy sex freak. I absolutely disagree with this being classified as purely a “sexual fetish.” But we are human, and we like organization, and fetish most closely described it with ease. Again, this is my PERSONAL OPINION on the matter.

For even more about Robbie, those of you who are members of FetLife can read some of his philosophy on being ABDL there. I've asked Robbie to contribute more on some of these topics for my upcoming Guide to #ABDL, and he's agreed.

Robbie also contributed some cute-as-FCK photos, which I'll share below:

Contest Announcement! - Coming Soon

Just a heads up... I'll be hosting two contests this spring. Prizes include diapers and plastic pants.

The first is a photo contest. The rules are simple: you must creatively obscure your face, you must be wearing a diaper in the photo, and the words Abysitter.com must appear in the picture - and I mean in the actual photo, and not photoshopped in or added as a caption later.

The second is a story contest. More details will be posted in May...

Get excited!

Find Me On Other Sites...

I am on a shit ton of diaper sites.

Some of them I'me very active on.

Others, not so much.

It pisses me off how I've lost contact with some of y'all, think you've quit the scene, and then I see that you're still active on some new diaper website. WTF?

Thanks for hitting me up, but I wish we'd been talking for the last year. Damn, bro.

I'm writing an entry to link all of you to all of my profiles on the different diaper sites I'm on. If you're on any of them, please hit me up with a request - I accept almost everyone - or a message?

NOTE: If you want to read a poll I did on the different diaper sites last year, check this out. It gives a lot of information about some of the different community sites, including some that I'm not a regular user of and have no interest in being a part of. Check it out.

I should probably note that the two sites that I always leave out are the two that send my blog the most traffic: Daily Diapers (which I don't even think I'm a member of...) and ABKingdom, a fucking awesome website that sends me a ton of my traffic. Who knew there were so many French babies? I might move to Paris... find me on ABKingdom here. It's a site I plan to be on more in the future. If only I spoke Français.

Read above. Add me! I only have two friends there and it makes me sad.

The site I probably use most of all is RUPadded.com, although this is slowly changing over time. I love the site and it's 99:1 guy/girl ratio. Plus, it seems like, lately, people there are pretty friendly. Still, occasional site glitches leave me annoyed. They have an iPhone app but it doesn't always work, and I find it impossible to send messages, leaving me one of the people who send requests hoping that the person responding won't think me an asshole and just ignore me. Now that I'm on my Mac more I do send some messages. If you're on RUP please feel free to hit me up. And if I ever requested you without sending a message don't take it personally, I just couldn't send a message from my iPhone unless you had sent me one first. www.rupadded.com/abysitter.

FetLife is a fetish site, although I am forever saddened not to find enough people from our community into other fetishes - especially spanking. Y'all know I like spanking and diaper discipline. FetLife is a great, fast site with a ton of features and, best of all, everything works perfectly from my iPhone. Still, the site has a lot of chicks - no offense to my female readers - and I've found that girls on ABDL websites oft tend to be self-centered bitches who love to threaten to "quit the scene if one more creeper sends me a message!" so that lovelorn little diaper boys will come to their defense. (Throws up in mouth). I also am turned off by some of the forum posts... a TON of drama. Still, if you like to explore other fetishes, meet new people, and can avoid drama, hit me up on FetLife.

If you were a reader of my blog last summer you probably remember me posting links for ABDLC. I liked it because it was fresh and clean, new, and worked really well. It's since attracted a lot of the same people you see on the other sites, and has a ton of server issues glitches... but it's still a pretty positive community. If you're on it, request me as a friend?

I have been a member of Diaper-bois.net for years, since before RUPadded actually, but for some reason it claims I've only been a member for three years. I don't get that, but whatever. I actually stopped using it for a while because I thought it sucked - I had some bad experiences in a chat watching some Pac-NW bullies picking on what I assume to be a mentally challenged ABDL, heard some more stories about the chat bullies there, and was unimpressed by having to pay for access. I've had a bunch of people hit me up recently telling me to try it again, so I did, and so far, besides drama and some fake profiles, I'm liking it: fast, things seem to work, and I can send/receive messages from my phone. Get at me!

I am hardly ever on Diaperspace. My first account got deleted over a year ago, either for lack of use or some other drama - I hadn't been on it for more than a year. The page for Abysitter is still there, though, leading some people to think I am ignoring their friend requests. I've noticed that Diaperspace seems like it's dying... has anyone else noticed this too? I hadn't gotten a message there for more than a year, and I recently noticed that the site's own moderators haven't updated their website greeting since 2010, wtf? Anyway, if you're on that site, send me a friend request.

Other Sites - This Isn't A Link LOL
I rely on you guys, my dope-ass readers, to let me know about up-and-coming diaper websites so I can join them and share them with everyone. I'm a member of some other sites that I use so rarely lately I won't even include them here. Anyone know any websites I should check out or get re-acquained with? If so, holla at me!

Crib Notes: IML Diaper Party

CRIB NOTES: IML DIAPER PARTY
Friday, May 25th 2012

[CWIS'S NOTE]: I won't personally be in attendance at this event. Wish I could be, sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun... but for anyone able to make it, details are below:

Hello All
The time has come once again for IML and for Spring to turn to Summer.
The Chicago Daperbois are hosting their annual IML cookout on Friday May 25, 2012 from 4PM until people get bored and leave. This historically has been a way for people to connect, make plans for the weekend and catch up. Many of you haven’t seen each other for a whole year.
Should you be interested in coming or if you know a Leather, Rubber, Pup, Furry, AB/DL, or Bondage person that is, RSVP to Cloolessboi@yahoo.com for more details.
Usually we serve burgers, brats, potato salad etc., along with veggie offerings and a whole lot of good time. We of course also serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to get the weekend rolling.
Also babywabbit will be facilitating a party at the host hotel that we will be helping him with. More info to come on that. This year would like to get a group pic in the lobby of the host hotel with ebody wearing.
Should you have any questions or comments give us a shout.
Puck

AND FINALLY, MY "MESSAGE" BLOG ENTRY....

www.Message.abysitter.com

I worked hard on this entry,
and from the feedback I've gotten,
and continue to get,
I know it means a lot to some of you.

When you see someone questioning their love for diapers,
or hating on themselves, or each other,
hit them up with a "message".

IN THE COMING WEEKS I WILL BE
REORGANIZING
SOME OF THE BLOG PAGES.

There will be a lot more subdomains,
including links to
stories I have personally written,
my upcoming Guide to #ABDL,
and - of course - the entries on
abysitting.

Can you think of any subdomain suggestions?
