Hall of Shame: Keep It 18+

Note: I know there are some people in the community who strongly dislike these types of posts, because they feel that they don't give our community a 'good look'. To that I'll say, the number of people in the community who don't understand why 18+ is imperative is still too high to stop posting these, so... here we are... 

Up today we've got a story out of Michigan.

Tyler Ryan Lowis, 22, is accused to raping a teen, forcing the teen to use diapers, a sippy cup, and etc., and videotaping the encounters.

This follows his uploading pictures of infants and toddlers to his Dropbox account.

We have no way to know whether the photos were of diaper-clad children - something we all know doesn't mix with ABDL, right? Right? - and we can't be sure whether Tyler and the teen were two ABDL's engaged in ageplay, or if this was something more.

What we do know, however, is that if Tyler had kept it 18+, with respect to both photos and meet-ups, he'd probably be in the clear right now.

I see so many comments on Tumblr, Reddit, and other places from people talking about how they're not abusing minors, just mentoring them.

That didn't work to keep Tyler out of jail - he's facing life in prison for some of the charges, now.

Remember: depending on what state you are in, the age of consent is 16, 17, of 18. Keeping it 18+ is a way to avoid any illegal conduct involving minors from other states, minors using out-of-state communications to contact you in-state, and etc. 

Also, 18+ for photos and video. No exceptions.

Hall of Shame: Just Into That Stuff...

Just Into That Stuff...

Alex Lane Fears, 20, of Panama City, Florida stands charged with two counts of sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age.

It is alleged that he asked the 11 year-old victim to wear a diaper, although she refused. When investigators asked him about the diaper, they say he admitted that he was "into that stuff." News reports say that a search of his bedroom turned up a sex toy and a diaper...

Alex is innocent unless proven guilty, and denies the rape charges. We, of course, can't presume his guilt or innocence. We can say, though, that involving underage in any way - even just telling them about your affection for diapers - is a bad idea. Keep it 18+. Keep it 18+. Keep it 18+.

Hall of Shame?

Oklahoma City. Anyone recognize this guy? He duct taped a diaper to a six year old, and made him suck on a bottle in a playpen while the rest of the household made fun of him. This is the third family he's infiltrated and abused, according to news reports.

I know there's a 99% chance he's not one of us, but his face looks familiar. Hmm...

If you recognize him, or see him in the future, report him.

Hall of Shame: All Out

 

Out of Hurst, TX: 28-year-old Randy Ray Wesson and 17-year-old Ricardo Jhavid Lugo were arrested this week following the tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Based on the lead, authorities obtained a warrant and searched a Fort Worth home, where they found "evidence of child pornography and exploitation of children."

It seems that Randy Ray Wesson was active on Instagram, sharing diaper photos; that's where news reports say he met Ricardo Lugo, who posed as an 18 year-old but who was actually 17. The two moved in together and then used forged documents to enroll the 17 year-old - IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, where he posed as a 12 year-old. Who needed diapers. And took pornographic pictures. Of children.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK??

It is always my hope that the freaks among us are on the fringe, lurking on our sites (and this blog) but not actually infiltrating our community. It seems like it may be more than a slight possibility, though, that one, or both, of these individuals may have been active members of the ABDL subset on Instagram.

This case got started from a report someone made of inappropriate images, and I'd like to think it was one of us.

NOTHING UNDER 18, EVER.

Each pedophile that embarrasses himself embarrasses our entire community. We don't need that.

If you know either, or have any evidence of victimization of children - there were thousands of child pornography images said to be involved, and possibly dozens of child victims - please notify law enforcement.

Hall of Shame... Diaper Boy - EXONERATED?

Now, before you begin celebrating this small step in favor of Diaper Rights, consider a few things. 

First, Utah's 'Diaper Boy' is still a convicted sex offender. 

Second, he spent more than three years in prison. 

Third, his name has become synonymous with 'pervert' in the city he's from. 

And fourth, what he does has no place in the ABDL community at large. 

You may remember my past Hall of Shame posts about Barton Bagnes, aka 'Diaper Boy', a Utah AB/DL who was arrested for exposing his Elmo diaper to children as young as seven, and for printing and distributing fliers (in the shape of paper airplanes, which he flew across people's lawns) directing children to diaper fetish websites. 

Turns out, that's not actually illegal. 

In the state of Utah, at least. 

That's what the Utah Supreme Court recently decided. 

"In exposing his diaper, Bagnes undoubtedly startled those around him. A diaper in this context would certainly have been perceived as unusual, even disturbing," the decision said. "But it in no way resulted in the effective exposure of Bagnes’s private parts."

The justices indicated that a diaper, though unusual for a grown man to wear, affords more coverage than other kinds of undergarments.

They also noted that unexposed, internal sexual gratification is not punishable by law.

"The private realization of a fetishized sexual fantasy alone would not make his conduct criminal," wrote Justice Thomas Lee. "Our Victorian past is well behind us. We no longer live in a society where our style conventions and social mores clamor for head-to-toe cover-up. The opposite is closer to the truth."

Could this legal decision mean that we're one step away from all being able to openly wear diapers in public? 

Maybe!

But before you go acting all crazy, think about the consequences Mr. Bagnes has already faced. 

And the consequences our community faces every time someone in it does something stupid in public.

In The News: Diapers as Punishment - Update

In June I posted a blog entry about parents who forced their 12 year-old son to wear diapers. At the time I mentioned that it was unlikely to be something directly-related to diaper fetish - although, with the way a few of our members continue to fuck up, it's impossible to say for sure. 

In this case, the boy was being forced to wear a diaper as punishment. It was designed to humiliate him - because, as impossible as it seems for us to believe, diapering someone is the most degrading act some deranged people out there can come up with. 

You might remember my entries about the parents of Christian Choate, who was killed after years of being locked in a dog cage and a diaper. There were also the parents of the 8 year-old boy who made him attend karate classes in diapers. I've included stories like this more than half a dozen times. And, sad to say, some of you came into your love of diapers because of your own involvement in situations like this.

Jose Franco and Amanda Gonzales have been accused of beating, starving, and forcing the young boy to wear a diaper. The photos showed major bruising on the boys bottom and red marks that looked like a rash on his inner thighs. Cops arrested Franco and Gonzales last May when a family member came forward with disturbing claims that the boy was forced to wear a diaper, endured physical beatings on a regular basis, and was forced to stand for long periods of time. 

Today the aunt of the 12-year old boy took the stand. She says she discovered that her young nephew was being abused and called police. Today she went into detail about what she saw. She described the day Jose Franco and Amanda Gonzales let her take the boy saying, "when he sat in the car he took a deep breath in like he was safe." She says slowly throughout the day her nephew began sharing his tales of abuse. She says he told her, "mom doesn't feed me." She says he went on to tell her he only got 30 seconds to use the restroom and every second he went over he was hit with a pinata stick.

During opening statements, state prosecutor Brittany Jensen told jurors the abuse from the couple was a result of allegations the boy molested his younger sister. But the couple's defense attorneys told jurors the child had behavioral issues, at one point hospitalized for schizophrenia following molestation allegations.

You might remember that Christian Choate's diaper/dog cage punishment came after allegations he'd molested a relative, as well. He was tortured and eventually beaten to death.

I include this story in my blog because I know that a whole bunch of members of the ABDL community developed diaper fetishes after similar punishments. One of you wrote an entry about it (update coming soon), and a whole bunch of you have told me about it in less than a full blog entry (or in person). You've seen other 'In The News' segments about parents forcing their children to wear diapers as punishment. Parents set out to humiliate their children by diapering them, and sometimes those children turn into adults with diaper fetishes.

Let's pray these two get a long term in prison. And that this kid, despite all of his issues, winds up to be as well-adjusted as possible under the circumstances.

Hall of Shame: Edmonton

Hall Of Shame: Back to Court

It's been a busy couple of weeks for ABDLs in the news.

I've written about these two many times before. Both had been given 'second chances' - and fucked them up.

One ABDL, convicted and imprisoned for flashing his Elmo diaper to little girls and passing out ABDL-related fliers - after being convicted of something similar nearly a decade before - is appealing his case to the Utah Supreme Court:

The court is questioning whether diapers are actually sexual in nature.

Another ABDL, given probation for trying to trick caregivers into changing his messy diapers, has been sentenced to 2-4 years in prison for buying a burner phone (he was banned from the internet) and doing it again. And again. And again.

Hall of Shame: Eric, Again...

Eric Carrier just can't catch a break. 

His need to have his messy diaper changed is either a major addiction, or he's got someone gunning for him. 

This guy is already serving probation after his - not first, but second - arrest for trying to trick home healthcare aides into changing his diapers. You might remember that he would pretend to be mentally disabled, and in need of a change.

Now someone is calling nurses in the Hookset, NH community, posing as the father of a mentally disabled man, and giving this dude's address. 

Police aren't saying whether they think he is responsible for those calls, but they are trying to get a judge to let them take possession of his laptop, which they believe contains diaper child pornography. Damn.

This is a good reminder not to try to trick others. 

Keep it 18 and up - ALWAYS - and if diapers are going to be involved, let the other person know upfront.

Hall of Shame: Diaper Punishment?

If you're a teacher's aide, don't put a diaper on a child as punishment for "acting like a baby." 

This might not even be ABDL-related - some people just think diapering a child is the most humiliating thing imaginable. Go figure. Still, it's good advice. So all you educators out there... no diapers in the classroom, please and thanks.

Hall of Shame: Santa Shawn Goes To Prison

Sounds like the title of a bad movie, right? It's not. Shawn Chiasson, the sometimes-mall santa and fetish photo aficionado, received one year in jail for possession of child pornography. Sorry about the iPhone link. Just wanted to keep y'all updated on this story. 

I will be writing an entire entry on this in the near future. For now, keep in mind: Shawn was a diaper fetishist who was collecting thousands of diaper photos. Some were ruled to be pornographic in nature - including pictures of children in diapers posed suggestively. Others were actual child porn that he'd inadvertently downloaded while downloading entire folders of diaper pictures off the internet. 

Be careful what you download. Keep it 18+ 100% of the time.

It appears the teacher in Oregon who diapered his students as punishment will not face charges.

If you are a teacher, substitute teacher, daycare worker, or work with children in any other capacity, don't do this!!!!!!!!!

Don't even drop hints about it. 

Don't make jokes about it. 

Don't DO it!

Do not bring diapers into your profession in any way, shape, or form.

Save "diaper punishment" for your role play activities with consenting adults.

Hall of Shame: Kindergarten Diaperer

Today a story out of Boardman, Oregon which may or may not be ABDL related. It seems that a kindergarten teacher has been forcing his students to remove their pants - and put on diapers. No word on whether this is to punish them for behaving like babies, because they have wetting accidents, or... well, the list goes on. The teacher is suspended with pay and the district attorney is investigating. An article in the East Oregonian states that said teacher is being investigated for "allegedly forcing three students to put on diapers as punishment." The article also says that the DA says the "story is easily blurred by changing facts in the minds of the five year-old students."

This smells of ABDL. But to be sure, even if it isn't, there's a chance that an ABDL has been created as a result of these incidents. Most of us know how it works. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and hope that this is just some misguided teacher who thinks forcing a child to put on a diaper is the most demeaning, humiliating punishment available. That's bad enough, but if this is someone deriving sexual pleasure of diapering children... damn. That really, really sucks. 

I often try to give reminders (i.e. diapers and kids don't mix!), but fuck it. If you belong to our community and don't know you shouldn't punish five year olds with diapers, you need to GTFO. Please and thanks in advance.

Final Update: Christian Choate

WARNING: This is an update on Christian Choate. It contains non-fetish news accounts that are fairly graphic regarding child abuse. If this kind of thing upsets you, please skip this entry. 

 

Today I am writing what I expect will be my final update on Christian Choate. If you remember, Christian is the boy I first blogged about during the summer of 2011. His body had been discovered buried in concrete under a shed. It had come out that Christian had been severely abused for several years, after being caught playing "the humping game" with a sibling. He'd been murdered in 2009, and had spent at least one full year before his death confined to a dog cage - and a year or more before that locked in a closet. 

I wrote about him because, in the course of putting out news releases regarding their investigation, it came out that Christian had been kept mostly naked in a dog cage - but had, after defiantly smearing poo in the heating vents, been put into diapers. Investigators stated over and over that he'd been forced to wear diapers which had been purchased for the youngest child in the family - but which fit Christian because, after living on a steady diet of one packet of ramen for breakfast, one packet of ramen for lunch, and leftovers for dinner, he was severely malnourished and would have been the size of a typical seven year old (at age 11). 

This was outrageous enough, but Christian's older sister, who was basically let off the hook after she agreed to testify against the adults in the family, admitted that her responsiblities included forcing Christian to exercise and giving him ice cold baths. In one of the statements that had been released in PDF format (previoiusly linked from this blog) she admitted to diapering him and taking photos and video, including at least one session where she and her friends had chained Christian to a bedframe and had laughed when the bedframe fell on him, injuring him. She admitted that she did not like him and told him so, also giving him beatings - to avoid being beaten by her father, she claimed.

She told the investigators that she wasn't sure what had happened to the videos, and that they may have been recorded over. It had been two years since they had been made, after all. But anyone in our community who's spent a significant amount of time online knows that we have a small segment of our community who get their jollies posting photos of children in diapers. These may not techically be illegal, and they may not violate Facebook's terms of service - in fact, they do not, as recent screenshots sent to me will attest - but they are wrong, nonetheless. And one of the reasons they are wrong is that sometimes, such as cases like these, the young person isn't diapered by choice - they've been diapered by force. 

It's possible that Christian Choate's diaper pictures will never surface. But in another statement a family member admitted that Christian would be caged and ignored for entire days while his father, stepmother, and other family members spent the entire day surfing the internet and playing online video games. So we know that pictures were taken, and we know that these were people who loved their internet. Look at this kid's face. If you see anyone who looks anything like him as you click through diaper pictures online, you might be looking at torture and abuse.

RIP

Anyway, the reason I am updating this today is that both parents plead guilty and, just yesterday, his stepmother, Kimberly Kubina, was sentenced to 35 years in prison. This brings a little bit of closure to the situation, as Christian's father was sentenced to 80 years last month. He'd been looking at 120 years when he pleaded guilty. Let's pray neither of these two see the light of day again, ever. 

The other reason that I'm updating this story is because I know that it hit home for a few of you, including at least one person who was also abused as a child. I wouldn't even get updates on this case, but it comes up in my daily Google News update on "diaper news." And that really, really sucks. 

What sucks, also, is that there are people out there being abused like this kid is right now. So if you're one of the people who downloads and/or shared the under 18 photos, keep in mind this is what you might be sharing. Please think twice...

RIP Christian. And good riddance Riley Choate and Kimberly Kubina.

Hall of Shame... Maybe?

Earlier this week I saw a post on Diaper-Bois about a kid who posted a video of his wearing diapers in public. I checked out the video, and his YouTube channel. I'd actually seen it before... I've seen a few of his videos shared on Facebook. He's a kid who makes prank videos under the name Ross Creations, and some of them are actually pretty funny. If you're on Facebook you may have seen his video "forgot gas nozzle" - or maybe his "carkour" video?

Anyway, the diaper video was posted way back in April 2012, and has 69,000 views. It starts off innocently enough, if you get past the fact that he's wearing a diaper and acting like a baby in public - something I was able to do since he's a prankster and not one of us... right? 

The video shows him crawling around, and standing outside a strip mall asking old people to change him. Cute, right? But then... our boy goes to a playground and talks to kids. And parents. Who become alarmed. And, apparently, call the police. 

The video ends with the police pulling over a now-clothed young man, in the passenger seat of a car. 

This is concerning because, as a collective community, we frown upon mixing children and our fetish. Some of us love playgrounds, but we avoid using them when actual children are present. And if diaper pictures are taken at a playground, there are no children present, or even nearby. It's a basic tenet of our community, an unwritten rule if you will. And RossCreations broke it. 

Again, not as much a concern if he's not ABDL. And a check of his video channel shows him doing all kinds of other wacky, zany things... including parading around town in a loincloth. So on a playground in a diaper? Something we know isn't cool... but the average YouTube prankster, hungry for attention, might not. 

You'll remember Jason Bignes from blog entries I posted in 2009 and 2010. Jason walked around his community, including playgrounds, in clothing, and just exposed his diaper - and, after numerous incidents, got 1-10 years in prison. Of course he was in ultra-conservative Utah, where "fetish" is a dirty word. Still, any of us parading around in diapers are legal - but involving children? That's not legal at all. And, even if it is where you live, it's not smart. 

And, once you watch the video, you'll see what I'm talking about: at one point he's sharing the same sandbox with a small child, announcing that he thinks he's peed his pants to her obviously perplexed and exasperated mother. Seriously?

When I first saw the video I thought... cute... wonder if he's one of us? But by the end I just kept repeating I hope he's not one of us... I hope he's not one of us... I hope he's not one of us... 

He probably isn't. But if he is, he needs to be schooled in the rules of ABDL Responsibility. No children. No places children play. And if wearing diapers in public, not too public. Be smart. 

When I saw the video from the Diaper-Bois post I thought: maybe I should hit him up. Give him some advice. But I saw that the video has already gotten 69,000 views - and another 'prank compilation' vid has over 100K - and I decided the cat was already out of the diaper bag. 

Today I was looking at my local news and saw a familiar face. 

It was the kid from RossCreations. 

He'd been arrested. For a prank video. 

My heart stopped. I was like... noooooooooo... please don't let it involve diapers!

Thankfully, it didn't. It appears that our boy Ross is actually Charles Ross, 18, of Manatee County, Florida. Charles, it seems, went to a local movie theater in Bradenton, Florida with a friend and - and I'm not making this up - gave unsuspecting moviegoers wedgies. On camera. For his YouTube. 

Except one wedgie recipient got upset and called police. And Charles was arrested, and his video camera confiscated as evidence. 

The article includes this little gem: 

"Ross is known to “create situations in order to harass and annoy people while filming it and then putting it on you tube,” noted deputies, who seized Ross’s camera as evidence. The wedgie footage was likely ticketed for Ross’s YouTube page, which includes dozens of videos showing the Bradenton resident accosting pedestrians, running around while only wearing an adult diaper, and antagonizing beachgoers. His most popular video, posted two weeks ago, has about 670,000 views."

This kid is less than two hours from me. Florida has a ton of ABDLs - and more than its fair share of YouTube video channel 'stars' too, for some reason. Here's hoping that he's just an annoying YouTube kid and not some ABDL gone crazy. But, in the meantime, his video serves as a good tutorial for the rest of us on what not to do.

Hall of Shame: Newport Beach - UPDATE!

It turns out the mysterious diaper dumper of California may not be ABDL at all. 

This would be a welcome relief. 

Police recently found an envelope stuck to a garbage bag full of dirty diapers at the side of the road. They conducted surveillance on an employee of a medical center and, upon pulling him over, found - wait for it - a big bag of used diapers in his car. 

You'd think a medical center could afford a garbage service. 

Glad to hear it wasn't one of us.

Hall of Shame: Scoutmaster

He was a scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts. He is now suspected of having: 1). a Scout fetish; 2). a diaper fetish; 3). a sneaker/foot fetish; and 4). an attraction to pre-teen boys.

Already on a federal watch list for child pornography, this world traveler is said to have driven across the border into Canada with child pornography on his laptop. Boom... busted.

From an online chat:

Conover, who used the online name "petersneaks," apparently had a fetish for children's sneakers and wearing diapers.

In an online chat, Conover allegedly wrote: "last night I was outside in just a diaper . . . out front [of his house] . . . I soooo wish my neighbors son sees me . . . hes like 14."

Seriously?

So I'll say it again.

18+ - it's the law.

No pictures of children. 

No exceptions. 

3. 

Don't put yourself in risky situations. 

Like the Kids Foot Locker. Or your neighbor's front yard.

Hall of Shame: Philly

[CWIS'S NOTE] Today's Hall of Shame entry is about a young man with an apparent penchant for 4-6 year olds.

"Using the IP address from Mazer's computer, Munjone also found that the suspect visited other websites that allow image sharing for the purpose of viewing or sharing materials that exploit children. Two of those sites are for diaper enthusiasts, Munjone said.

He said in court documents that diaper wearing and sexual interest and arousal involving diaper wearing is a type of paraphilia known as diaper fetishism. It is characterized by sexual attraction, urges, fantasies and behaviors that can involve nonhuman objects or children, the investigator quoted from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders."

I am only hoping that the websites mentioned are not sites that figure prominently in our community.

Mr. Mazer was diapering and photographing children, in addition to accessing websites for child pornography. He also appears to have been accessing ABDL sites.

The next time you see a photo that is inappropriate on any of our community sites, don't hesitate to click "report".
