When did you first realize you were ABDL?
Jeez always such a hard question for me it seems. When I first realized I liked diapers was when I was probably 16. Like I knew I liked it, but I didn't want to believe it. So it took me until 2 years ago to finally accept this fetish and really grow with it. I've really met some interesting people that have reassured my involvement in this community.
What steps did you take to get your diaper 'fix' as a child and/or teen?
I've only done it like a few times as a teen to get diapers. Once I had my grandma buy me some and my reason for her to buy them for me was because I said that my class was doing an experiment and that we needed to use them to build a Astronaut. I think now back when I did that it was pretty funny. Another time I bought some and had to hide them in my backpack. I was so scared buying them thinking that the cashier knew my exact plan for them. I also took one pull-up from my little brother when I was visiting and we had a small connection about it, but I doubt he would even remember. I could go on for days about these!
Do your parents and/or siblings know about you and diapers? If so, please explain how, and how they reacted?
I would like to say no. I mean recently I've moved out of my grandmothers house and I'm not going to say she knows or she doesn't know, but there is a possibility she might. I used to have a clear bin that held all my diapers in plain sight almost. It was pretty interesting times trying to hide stuff that from them.
Have you dealt with the shame and regret that is the binge/purge cycle? Please explain.
Oh plenty. I could only assume everyone has done these kind of situations. I used to think this fetish was abnormal and yes it can be, but now that I've felt it and relaxed into it I see its just something as simple as being gay. While growing into the fetish I had all these feelings like one day I would say: ya that sounds good padding, a pair of PJ's, and relaxing some other days were: this is disgusting, this isn't right, I shouldn't be doing something like this. It come's and goes, but now its just lets go ahead or nah maybe later though. Never all those negative thoughts.
How has this fetish affected your social life and/or dating? Married life? Parenting?
Socially it has been a mix. I seem to love every ABDL I talk to, but then i dislike the idea of talking to so many vanilla people. This fetish has really brought up myself socially because I talk to so many people with collected interests so I feel it evened itself out. I'm more social with fetishist than I am vanilla.
Do your interests involve a subset of this community, such as babyfurs, diaper disciplinarians, wet/messy, sissybabies etc.? Please tell us about it. I won't even try to be specific here; just tell us what you think people should know.
I would say yes. There are a few things I've always wanted to experiment more with diapers like the idea of being forced to do plenty of things. I'm still always willing to try many different things still today and I'm always learning what and how I like things. To me this fetish has opened plenty of ideas that I would love to experience. Just got to find the right people :D
What % of your sexual activities and/or masturbation incorporate diapers? Has this caused problems for you?
It's about under half. Alot of the time when its sexual contact with another human it's typically not including diapers, but that might change soon with a specific person I've been meeting. Though masturbation is always a plus while padded. Somethings just happen you know!
If you get into the regression aspect of ABDL please tell us more about that. If you do not, and you have feelings about being lumped into a fetish involving it, explain how it makes you feel.
Regression to me is hard to explain. I regress, but when I regress I have to be extremely comfortable, I have to feel safe in the environment I am in. I prefer to regress on my own time around specific people some more then others. How I regress on a typical basis is a nice set of PJ's, a paci at hand, and thick padding watching cartoons or a movie cuddled up in blankets. I love being warm and cuddled and kiss when regressed. It's always a great feeling to me.
