Q&A With Little Ivo

[CWIS'S NOTE] Up today I have a Q&A from someone new to the blog, but not to the community: Little Ivo. You may know him from his ABDL.link account - he's also on TumblrFetlifeDiaper-Bois, and Instagram. Give him a follow or a friend request, and check out some introspection below. Thanks, Ivo!

Q&A With Little Ivo

Name/Nick: Little Ivo, and my stuffie is Jelle
Age: Sometimes 28, sometimes between about 3 and 5
City/State/Country: UK
AB/DL/BabyFur/Other? Mostly AB, sometimes DL

When did you first realize you were ABDL?
I think I've had a feeling that I liked diapers (or nappies in the UK) for as long as I can remember. When I was maybe 5 or 6, I remember finding a nappy and keeping it behind my wardrobe in my room. One day, I couldn't leave it there any longer and I had to wear it. It was fun.
Fast forward a few years, and I was still thinking about them at school. I'd just become aware of Drynites (UK brand name for Goodnites), and thinking, "Wouldn't it be cool  to be sitting in class wearing one?" Maybe it would have been, but I never did do that.
It wasn't until I started going to University that I really got into it. I started off much more as a DL than an AB, but  for me it was a natural progression. The first 'little' thing I bought was a pacifier, and it was amazing!

What steps did you take to get your diaper 'fix' as a child and/or teen?
One day at college, I realised I had to walk back past a supermarket on my own, with my backpack. A thought popped into my mind. Backpacks can carry things. Supermarket sells nappies. I have money. Money can be exchanged for goods. So, on the last day of my college course, I stopped by the supermarket and bought my first pack of drynites. All at the tender age of 15. I wore one as soon as I got home.
When I went to university, I had a pharmacy nearby, that sold their basic range of adult sized nappies, and it was a revelation. They fitted. They looked good. They ... didn't hold much more than my Drynites. Thank goodness for the internet. Eventually, I plucked up the courage to order a pack of AB nappies hand have them delivered to a drop off point, and I haven't looked back.

Do your parents and/or siblings know about you and diapers? If so, please explain how, and how they reacted?
No, I've never told them, and they've never asked. However, I have left some of my little stuff laying around before. Like onesies drying on the radiator, my teddy bear on my bed. I've had a couple of close calls.

Have you dealt with the shame and regret that is the binge/purge cycle?
I haven't really purged completly, but when I have it's more for the 'little' things rather than nappies.
I once threw away all my dummies, my cartoon clothing etc. As I got older, I started to accept it as a part of myself, and started caring less about what other people would think if they saw it. Sometimes I don't feel little, or DL, but then I just put my little stuff away until I want it again.

For collegebabies/DLs, did this interest affect your college experiences? If so, how?
I treated university and school as full time jobs, and I don't tend to mix work and being little, even now. However, the freedom of going to university did make it easier to get my nappies.

How has this fetish affected your social life and/or dating? Married life? Parenting?
Oh, where to start on this question. Yes, Yes, and Yes! It's a long story, so grab some snacks, a drink, and a fresh nappy.
When I was at school, I wasn't very sociable. It was only really when I went to university that I started to come out of my shell. I have met some of my best, and oldest, friends from that time in my life. But I never really did anything like dating at university. It's complicated.
For a long time, I didn't really explore my sexuality either. I just wasn't interested in the opposite sex, instead I just put it down to being asexual and aromantic.  Then I found Tumblr, and it started to raise all sorts of new questions in my mind. What was I looking for? Why did I enjoy it? Were there others that also enjoyed the same things as me? Slowly, I started coming to the realisation that I was probably gay, but still didn't really do anything about it.
Then one day, at the end of 2017, I thought "Enough is enough. I need to do something about this". So, I made a plan. I knew that I liked guys, and that I liked nappies and being little. So, the first thing I had to do was get involved in the community. I started a Tumblr blog and made a post, started talking to some Dutch guys, and eventually went to my first event, the amazing Club Lueir in Amsterdam.
After about six months, I started to feel much more comfortable with myself. I'd met other people who were like me and were comfortable with it. I felt ready to start exploring the side of myself that wanted to have start having a proper relationship with other people, but then I realised, I actually don't know how to do that! Finding a boyfriend, falling in love, sound like exciting things to do though :)
I did have a personal milestone in 2018. I had my first crush! That would not have been possible if it weren't for my little side, coming out to myself, and the new friends I've made in this community. I feel like I'm going through what most people go through as teenagers! Oh well, better late than never. I think, if I hadn't been exploring my little side, I would probably still identify as asexual, but with a bias towards being in relationships with men.
As for friends, I have probably a 50/50 mix of AB/vanilla friends, I guess. I've been really lucky in that I've met people from all over the world. Some of them are littles, some of them are ace gun shooters down at the range. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to travel as much as I have, and its help shape my life.
Of course I am more than just a little, and my kink does not define the whole of me. I try and balance this side of my life with other aspects and hobbies, but it is something that is still important to me.
And sometimes, it's nice to just be little while doing something else, like making a cake!

For the little dunces, please tell us about what it was like to discover this fetish/lifestyle on the Internet. Please be at least 18 at the time of writing, but be specific about what age you discovered it, what sites helped you, and keep this part PG for obvious reasons.
For me, the internet was a big contributor to exploring this side of myself. The first AB/DL site I came across was adisc.org, but I never really got into using forums, so I was more of a viewer than a participant. A couple of years later I discovered tumblr, before the big purge.
Nowadays, I'm on a few social media websites, including abdl.link, instagram, tumblr, diaper-bois, fetlife etc.
I'm still learning how to manage my online presence on socail media. I use some sites more regularly than others, and each site caters for a slightly different need and audience.
I'm not a huge fan of "crotch shots". They're 10-a-penny. I'd much rather post something interesting, with a bit of a story behind it. Sometimes, it will be with other little friends, but often even when I am on my own, Jelle, my teddy bear, won't be far away. (There's a story of how me and Jelle met, and the observant among you will notice it's not an English name. But that's a story for another Q&A). I like to get some interaction with my followers online through my posts, so feel free to reply if you're reading one!

Some experts believe that we become the way we are because of traumas experienced at an early age, including abuse and/or neglect. Do your life experiences bear this out?
I don't think I had a bad upbringing at all really. I was bullied at school, but so were most of my friends too. One of the things I love about this community is that, when you meet someone new, a hug and a "hi" are all you need.

Do your interests involve a subset of this community, such as babyfurs, diaper disciplinarians, wet/messy, sissybabies etc.? Please tell us about it. I won't even try to be specific here; just tell us what you think people should know.
I'm not really a part of any other communities or subsets of the little community at the moment. Nappies are my main kink. Though, I think it can be a gateway to other things. One day I'd love to have a partner I can try other things with, maybe pup play, bondage, or chastity. Would I go as far as anything more intense right now? I don't know is the honest answer. One step at a time.

What % of your sexual activities and/or masturbation incorporate diapers? Has this caused problems for you?
For many years, I just wasn't interested in sex, as I wasn't aware of my own desires. When I masturbated, it would often be thinking about some non-specific guys though, so I guess I always had that thought in my mind. I do enjoy masturbating with a nappy on, so there's no point pretending that I don't physically enjoy that side of wearing, but it's not always sexual.
The only times I did anything with another guy, it involved nappies, and I can count the number of times on one hand and fingers to spare.
I don't think it causes any problems for me. I am not hurting myself or anyone else. It has made me reflect on what I want in a partner though. At the very least, it would have to be someone who understands my need to wear nappies and be little. I enjoy being an adult and having big boy adventures too!

If you get into the regression aspect of ABDL please tell us more about that. If you do not, and you have feelings about being lumped into a fetish involving it, explain how it makes you feel.
I don't think I ever fully regress, but I do enjoy the freedom that comes from being in a little state of mind. When I am feeling little, Jelle, my teddy bear, is never far from my side. In fact, he comes with me all over the place, regardless of whether I'm actively being a padded little or not!

Boat Weekend GIFs

I'm having trouble keeping up with all of the messages I'm getting after this past weekend's pictures went up. If you've messaged me, I'll be doing my best to get back to you soon.

In the meantime, here's a few GIFs from the weekend starring Aboimikey and Lakhota!

Absorbing some sun... and more hehe.

Our first #LuvsBoat weekend is in the books! It'll be a little bit before I can update the official page, but here's a teaser...

For those wondering, this is the first time
in nearly a dozen get-togethers
that we took the boat out.

This is a deep lake,
and conditions can change quickly,
leading to strong winds/currents and big waves.

Conditions have to be perfect
for the 'Luvs Boat' to leave land.
But being out on the water
in nothing but Pampers (mostly) is amazing.

This get-together was attended by four regulars:
Lakhota
PaddedRob716 - his first boat get-together in diapers -
ABoiMikey
& Tomo.

I've stumbled upon an amazing group of
nice and drama-free people,
and I love it.

More pictures to come on the official
boat blog page:

whyABDL.com/boat

and I'll be launching the new website soon
with much, much more.

Q&A With Fortstracciatella

[CWIS'S NOTE] Up today I have some Q&A answers and adorableness in pictorial form from Tonio, aka Fortstracciatella. You may be familiar with him from Tumblr - and he's on some of the other sites, including ABDL.link, as well. Thanks, Tonio!

Q&A With Fortstracciatella

Name/Nick: Tonio Ivan
Antonio de La Rochambeaux Drunkowitz (just Tonio is fine) / fortstracciatella
Age: 22
City/State/Country: México City, México
AB/DL/BabyFur/Other? AB

When did you first realize you were ABDL?

Probably around 8 or 9 years old, I remember sort of being jealous of the babies and wanted to be them.

What steps did you take to get your diaper 'fix' as a child and/or teen?

I first started buying individual baby diapers (which in here you can get at a convenience store) then around my teenage years I started individual adult diapers (which are a bit more difficult to find but life always finds a way).

Do your parents and/or siblings know about you and diapers? If so, please explain how, and how they reacted?

I told my mom a couple of years ago and it just became a “don’t ask don’t tell” subject, however it did helped my relationship with her to be more confident and affective.

Have you dealt with the shame and regret that is the binge/purge cycle? Please explain.

I don’t think so, I’ve felt like stop doing it but was caused after horrible experiences with other persons, but was just a 10-15 second idea.

For collegebabies/DLs, did this interest affect your college experiences? If so, how?

I’ve been open about my fetish to some of my friends. Genuinely turns everything a bit more difficult since most people won’t understand it at all, but of course there’s always someone who does.

How has this fetish affected your social life and/or dating? Married life? Parenting?

No effect at all really, maybe I became a little more confident about what I want and how to ask for it and of course be open minded about receiving it or not.

Some experts believe that we become the way we are because of traumas experienced at an early age, including abuse and/or neglect. Do your life experiences bear this out?

I did went through a horrible abuse situation at an early age, I’m not really sure if it affected me to have this fetish, when this happened I was very young even to understand what was happening so I never realized that was abuse until my post teenage years.

For the little dunces, please tell us about what it was like to discover this fetish/lifestyle on the Internet. Please be at least 18 at the time of writing, but be specific about what age you discovered it, what sites helped you, and keep this part PG for obvious reasons.

I remember around 12 just searching for pictures of men in diapers eventually came across this Spanish speaking site called diaperforo.org (not even sure if the portal still exists) and besides pictures and stories they had this sort of support forum; which pretty much answered most of my questions at the time, the answer to all the other questions I had to discover it myself.

Do your interests involve a subset of this community, such as babyfurs, diaper disciplinarians, wet/messy, sissybabies etc.? Please tell us about it. I won't even try to be specific here; just tell us what you think people should know.

I do am interested in diaper discipline, forced regression, mostly wet (I can do messy but not really my first go to).

What % of your sexual activities and/or masturbation incorporate diapers? Has this caused problems for you?

About a 75% so far no problems really.

If you get into the regression aspect of ABDL please tell us more about that. If you do not, and you have feelings about being lumped into a fetish involving it, explain how it makes you feel.

I just love being regressed, feeling like for a certain amount of time you can be a more vulnerable version of yourself and not to worry since daddy or mommy or a caretaker will be there to take control, I find it soothing and like the most authentic version of me.

Don't let yourself be limited by my questions. If you have anything else at all that you would like to say please feel free to say it here.

This might be a cliché but self accepting is one of the hardest part of being a human, even after you do the struggle is not over; but after accepting yourself things my get easier.
