First, if you are the "mysterious diaper dumper" leaving soiled adult diapers street side in ANY community... chill out. Take your messy Pampers through a drive-thru and drop them in the trash or something. Damn.

I live near Corona del Mar (it's not me!) and it is a wealthy area where nothing really happens. Ever. So yeah, this constitutes huge news over there.
