Some interesting figures on diaper usage by country in this SFGate.com article. We all know longer children wear diapers, the more likely they are to be diaper fetishists. That means there are probably a ton of us in Saudi Arabia and Israel, and almost none in Pakistan. I'll have to look into this list more...
