The guys in the top pic are ABDL. They have both posted photos of themselves over the years wearing diapers publicly. The guy on the right has photos of himself in places like Paris or Sri Lanka wearing a baseball cap, a t-shirt or jersey, a disposable diaper, shoes and socks. He's got quite a few pix on ABDLC.com.
