Stanley...

A write-up on our boy Stanley and his re-appearance on TLC last night.

Check this out.

It seems to be a pretty fair write-up.

A little nervous that it gives links to two community sites (DailyDiapers and ADISC), but glad I don't use either of those sites on a regular basis.

I Need An Assistant...

...and I'm only kind of kidding.

I am going to be working to get to responding to emails this week. I have at least two dozen that I've gotten and haven't had a chance to reply to. So if you think I just don't love you and/or don't give a fuck... that's not it. Between email, mail on the various sites

RUP | ABDLC | DiaperSpace | Diaper-Bois | FetLife | Twitter | Facebook* | & More

I get a little overwhelmed. I'm not complaining, but I do want y'all to know that it's not you, it's me. My ABDL life is just one small aspect of my whole existence, too, so add about five or six other email accounts to this one and you get the picture... I suck at returning messages.

So anyway, I will be hitting many of you back soon. Thanks for your patience. <3

Mormons & Diapers?

So my boy and I were at Subway tonight and, as often seems to happen, two Mormon missionaries rolled up next to the building on their cycles, set the bikes alongside a sign, and came in.

They ordered and then walked over to sit at the table right behind us. And as they passed, that's when I heard it... a very, very familiar "crinkling" sound.

Even my friend, who isn't into diapers but is familiar with my fetish, did a double-take.

WTF? Dude seemed to be wearing Pampers.

When he got up to get a soda refill I had to stare at his butt.

I figure I'm going to hell for it, but as far as the Mormons are concerned I'm going to hell anyway. As is our country for allowing gay marriage. So fuck it. I stared.

And I couldn't be 100% sure, but this kid was pretty in shape - the Mormons do ride their bicycles like 20 miles/day or something, after all - but he had a pretty - er, padded - bottom.

I wanted to be like "dude, your diaper's showing" - just to see if he looked alarmed or confused.

Alarmed = ABDL
Confused = Not. And time to leave Subway, quick.

So my friend, being the dutiful bff of an ABDL, turned to the Mormon boys and struck up a conversation.

He asked what they did all day.

How far they rode.

If they went into any bad neighborhoods.

And then he asked them the question.

"What do you do if you have to pee and you're in a strange neighborhood?"

They both looked embarrassed. As I'm sure I did. But my friend pressed on.

"I mean, people must give you a hard time about coming inside..."

The boys explained that they do have some pretty close calls. But that they don't ever just whip it out and go. (They said something about God and their responsibility to leave neighborhoods cleaner when they find them). I could sense that my friend was about to run out to the car and get a diaper or something, so I kicked him under the table and told him it was time to go.

We talked on the way home, and he told me he was pretty sure the dude was wearing a diaper, too. He even thought he smelled baby powder. I told him that I didn't, and he told me my nose was probably immune to it. "I mean, you bathe in the stuff," were his exact words.

But I thought about it when I went home.

These kids ride around all over.

I see them in neighborhoods even the police don't want to ride in.

I've seen them biking, in pairs, in places where they may be the only white people who've ventured through without the safety of a car in weeks.

I've seen them riding in rich neighborhoods where every door has a "no soliciting" sign.

And I've even seen them riding on country roads.

Diapers might help.

[SIDE NOTE: FOR THOSE I TALK WITH ON THE PHONE... REMIND ME TO TELL YOU MY FUNNY MORMON HIGH RISE STORY. HEHEHE.]

So I went online, to Google, and I typed in

Do Mormons Wear...

And I was surprised by what showed up.

I was going to finish that with diapers but a lot of stuff came up on its own.

Including diapers

But what came up first was...

Do Mormons Wear Different Underwear?

And that's where I found this page

And it turns out... they do!

Mormons, it says, wear 'different underwear' to 'remind them' of their pledge to live by God's will.

WTF?

I'm not sure if I would want my underwear reminding me of something like that.

Although my 'underwear' often 'reminds me' that I'm not a grownup, so I guess I get the general idea. (Maybe me and Mormons aren't so different after all hehehe).

It goes on to explain that said underwear is not a 'secret' - but then does nothing to explain what's so different about Mormon underwear.

So I'm asking any of my Mormon readers... care to share?

What is so different about your underwear?

And... is it possible my little missionary friend was wearing a diaper to avoid having to go potty in public? Anyone else here ever done it or know someone who did?

Just wondering... pretty crazy right?

Stanley To Re-Air?

Stanley's back at it. I'm not sure whether it is a rerun or a new episode, but check out TLC Wednesday at 10.

If you want to hear a humorously dubbed video of the original Stanley episode, check out the Gawker posting on this topic.

Someone let me know if this is the same episode or a new one? I'll be tuned into Million Dollar Listing instead.

CWIS'S GUIDE TO ABDL - Your Help Needed!

I've gotten a ton of responses to my post about needing help for my upcoming Guide to ABDL. That's dope as fuck. I've heard from regular blog posters, and from long-time readers who have never contributed until now. I've even heard from a few people I've never heard from before. You know I like it when y'all come toddling out of the shadows... <3

But I've had some questions, too, as well as messages from people who think they're somehow not qualified to help because they may not have the highest regard for their appearance (for photo contributions), be the best writer, or have the most interesting story.

So let me just say it.

I need your help.

You.

I am looking to represent all aspects of our community, fetish, and lifestyle with this guide. Not just what I am familiar with, not just what I am comfortable with, and not just what I know.

So I need your perspective.

Here's what I am looking for:

  • I want photos which personify all aspects of our community. I am looking for the cutest adult baby and diaper lover pictures out there - and the best baby fur, sissy baby, and other related pictures, too. All body types are cool, and faceless pics are fine. You must be the subject of the photo or the photographer with permission from the subject to share, and anyone appearing in that photo has to be 18+. If you have a picture that personifies this fetish/lifestyle, I want to hear from you.
  • I want your true stories. All of you. I am looking for stories and anecdotes that I can excerpt for use in the guide. Stories about all facets of this fetish. How you found out. What happened when others found out. True encounters. That sort of thing. NO DEEKER MATERIAL, PLEASE
  • I want to hear from college students, from old men, and from everyone in between! If you're a new member to our community (18 & over is my official policy), or have been a member since the days before we ever were a community, I want to hear from you. I want stories about how you came to be a member of the community. I have a whole chapter dedicated to the history of this fetish, and I want to hear from young members as to their impressions on recently entering. And everyone in between... share your stories with me and my readers.
  • I want to hear from baby furs... furries... sissies... daddies... mommies... everyone. If you have an alternative viewpoint on our community from your role as any of the above, or anything I've left out (puppies out there, anywhere? ruff!) get in touch with me.
  • Website owners? Clothing purveyors? I am looking for all kinds of people to interview for this. I'll post lots of requests for specific people in the future, but if you feel like you have been an important member of our community in any way, email me.
  • I need writers, publishers, artists, photographers, and graphic designers. If you want to volunteer some time, just hit me up.
There are lots of ways you can help, even if you don't fit into any of the categories above.
  • Share this blog entry and spread the word. Tweet it, share it via email, or post a link to my blog on your diaper profile/status.
  • Donate. At some point a PayPal link will go up. If you have a dollar or two, donate. I've given donations to almost every diaper site out there at some point or another, so I know there are people who do this. If you are one of them, consider the fact that I've blogged for 3+ years for $0, and donate if you can.
  • Stay tuned. Answer the questions as I pose them, take the surveys I post, and hit me up with any ideas.

Look forward to as much help as I can get on this project.

Hit me up today!

Guest Entry/Troy Response: CuteBabyMikey

[CWIS'S NOTE]: The following entry is a response from CuteBabyMikey. Mikey has contributing photos and stories to the blog for several months. He read Troy's story and had a pretty strong response, in part because of his own life events. Check it...

Guest Entry/Troy Response: CuteBabyMikey

So, I've never actually told anyone this whole story (not even diaper friends i've met or my therapist...though as i write it i'm not super sure why).  I've alluded to it with many people and I mentioned it in my original profile on abysitter, but I never really told anyone cause I was too embarrassed by it.  Troy's story, though, made me sad at how his parents treated him and made me want to tell my version of the same story.

Just to start, I'll say that I think my parents handled themselves much better than Troy's.

So, like many people reading posts on this blog, I was into diapers at a very early age.  You probably did the same things as I did...wore 6 pairs of underwear at the same time (then realized that 10 was more than 6), stuffed tissues in my underwear to make it feel like a diaper, pinned up towels on myself to feel like i was diapered...you name it.  I did things like this until I was about 12 and finally got up the courage to go and get some goodnites from a local drug store.  Around that same time, I was discovering the internet for the first time...via AOL an an incredibly slow dial-up connection.  What I was unaware of was that any internet browser stores a history.  I simply had no idea that it could even be an issue.  Well, obviously, it was.

To be blunt, I had been exploring porn online... I was 12 and was fascinated that this was all out there.  First I found pictures of naked women and eventually pictures of men and women having sex.  I started to realize that I liked the pictures much better when I could see more of the guys. Then, eventually, I made the leap to searching for gay porn.  I was young, but I made excuses to myself to try to convince myself I wasn't gay.  Eventually, I found some sites of guys getting spanked and read some stories on jimka's archives about them.  Eventually, I came upon a story that involved a guy getting diapered...I was sorta floored.  I immediately started looking for more of these and then found pictures of guys in diapers. I found the vangoo pictures and stared at a few of my favorites for a long time (btw, didn't actually realize they weren't really diapered at the time).

As I was looking for these, I also came upon pictures of younger boys in diapers...I mean, some of them were older then me and some were younger, but thinking about it now, it was clearly not legal stuff.  But I was 12 and all I could think about was that I wanted to be diapered like they were...sad to think about now because I have no idea who those kids were or how badly they were treated, but that was what I thought when I was 12.  Well, here's where the internet history comes in....

One day, my dad told me to come with him to the supermarket, just the two of us.  I didn't really want to go, but he insisted, which seemed weird to me.  We went and picked up whatever we needed to and then went back to the car, but he didn't start it.  He turned to me and told me that he had seen what I was looking at online.  He explained how he wasn't snooping on me but was just wondering what I was spending time online doing and was sort of shocked...I didn't hear anything after he told me he saw what I was looking at online.  I froze.  I was absolutely mortified.  He talked to me for a while about what I was looking at and I can only remember snippets of what he said.  I remember very vividly he said "There's nothing wrong with it, but you just don't strike me as someone who's gay."  Now, I love my dad and thinking about it now, he was just in shock about what I was looking at and was confused about how to handle it.  But what I heard at the time was something more like "I'd be so disappointed if you were gay."  All I wanted during that conversation was to get out of the car and run away...I think I might have said 2 words the whole time...the rest was nodding and shaking my head.  If I opened my mouth, I knew I would just end up crying.  He also told me that he hadn't talked to my mom yet but that he was going to.  He finally finished talking to me and then we drove home and as we were getting home he told me he's always there for me and I can talk to him about anything.  I just nodded and ran inside to my room.  I stayed there for a while and I thought it was over.  I remember avoiding being alone with either of my parents as much as I could...I would stay in my room or make sure I was around one of my brothers...I didn't want to give either of them a chance to be alone in a room with me.

About a week later, my mom had her turn...she told me to come with her to go pick up my 7 yo brother from school.  I remember being annoyed at having to go with her and that we were going so early.  This conversation was much more emotional...my mom focused on a much different part of my internet history than my dad did.  My mom saw that I had looked at pictures of other boys and got scared for my younger brother.  She was more mad at me about it and I cried a lot while she was talking.  I remember a few specific things she said, even now.  One thing she said was "how can i trust you alone with Jon now?".  That really hurt me cause I had no idea she was talking about. I was only looking at the diapers in teh pictures and imaging myself in one...but she didn't realize that.  She also said "I dont even know what to do about this...I feel like I need to talk to a therapist." I dont know if she ever did, but that hurt me also...then she asked me if I wanted to talk to someone.  All i could think about at the time was that i wanted this conversation to end and I never wanted to talk about it with either of them again.  I probably would have been better off seeing a therapist for a bit, if for no other reason then maybe I would have been able to figure out I'm gay and come out before or during college instead of after.  But i didn't.  I just cried and hoped they would never bring it up again.

After that, I didn't look at anything on the internet in my house that I woulndt want my parents seeing...I tried to tell myself that i would get over it and I ignored everything in me that said I wanted diapers and that I was gay.  I dated girls and, as far as I could tell, my parents were over it. The only time they ever mentioned anything about that incident was when I was about 16.  My brother (now 11) wanted to use the internet more and my mom made a comment, which she probably didn't even really think about, to the effect of "not without us knowing what you're looking at.  We learned that already, right mike?" I dont think she realized, but I turned tomato red, chuckled, and then avoided being alone with her for a couple of weeks.

Whenever I was watching tv or a movie or anything after that incident and someone in the show was gay or a diaper commercial came on, I would avoid making eye contact with my parents.  I dont think they ever really realized how big of an impact those two conversations had on me.

Last year I started talking to a guy I met on rup.  we eventually met up a few times and kept talking a lot online.  we were talking at one point and I told him that I wasn't out, which he hadn't realized.  He asked me "why not?" and I had no answer for him.  That one question made me think a lot about myself and eventually came to the conclusion that I had to come out.  I saw a therapist for a few weeks and she helped me a lot and then I came out to my parents and brothers and all my friends and they couldnt have been more accepting.  My mom cried and told me she loved me no matter what and my dad said the same.  But I still couldn't help wondering if they were thinking about the last time we had talked about the possibility that I was gay... but I still haven't brought that up with them again... probably never will.

Thanks for sharing, Mikey!

Anyone else have any thoughts to share? Can be on Troy's entry, CuteBabyMikey's entry, or anything else ab/dl related. Just email me. Be 18+. Thanks in advance!!!!! - C

Update: Troy

[CWIS'S NOTE]: The following is an update from Troy, who wrote an entry last week about how being made to wear and use diapers as a child led to what may be a lifelong messy diaper fetish. Or something like that. Anyway, we got a lot of responses, and I've forwarded most on to him to respond to directly. Below is his response.

Q. Are you on any diaper sites?

A: I will get this one out of the way right from the start. I am on a diaper website, but my profile is photo-free and there is no bio. I have zero friends there. The site is RUPadded. Last year I joined it, and DiaperSpace, and checked out some other sites, too. What I found was sad to me, including some pervy messages right off the start. I've tried being babysat, liked it, and will do it again. That said, I hate being talked to like a baby. And that's what I got on each and every site. I also got offers to trade pics, requests to cam, and more. For now I'm just more comfortable exploring. So we'll keep it there.

Q: Your story reminded me of a Deeker fantasy story.

A. Believe it or not, I had no idea what that even meant. I first saw it when I read Chris's intro to my essay, and then when I heard it in two of the comments or email he sent me.

Let me say, first... I don't fantasize about any of this.

The sensation of a messy diaper is hot to me, and if I ever do reminisce about this time of my life, it is the moment under the tree, probably because it was the only time I really messed my diaper.

If this is your idea of a fantasy... I don't know what to say to you.

This shit really happens, and I've talked to Chris enough to know that it's not really that uncommon.

It's happening to some kid right now.

And the parents are probably as clueless to mine with what they are doing to their son.

I wrote this because I know that there is a lot of disapproval and disgust toward guys who like to mess in their diapers. I've read forum posts from people who act like their shit don't stink too (pardon the pun) and I wanted to let people who read this blog know that there's sometimes a reason behind it.

So if you're fantasizing about being me at age twelve, fine with me.

But if you're fantasizing about being my Dad when I was twelve... get some help, sicko.

<3

Q. Your parents locked you in a CLOSET? That's child abuse!

A: My story really didn't tell the true description of the closet. The closet I was forced to sleep in for almost a year was really just about the size of a bedroom. It was a den that my parents had transformed into a walk-in closet, ala California Closets. Also, I wasn't locked in. There was no door, just a cloth curtain. But as a young teen I would have preferred a door, even if it was locked. It wasn't the small space, because it was big enough. It was the fact that I was forced to move out of my room, turn it over to my brother, and sleep right in my parents doorway, where they would walk by every five minutes. The lack of privacy was the worst.

Q. Did your father have a diaper fetish or something?

A: My parents diapering me was in no way sexual. For them, or for me. My parents thought that putting me in their closet and not allowing me to be around my brother or sister was some kind of "scared straight" tough love approach to teaching me that sexual activity with other boys was wrong. I don't know exactly what purpose the diapers served, except to humiliate me. I think that it was a part of the punishment. But trust me, if my parents had any idea that making their son wear diapers could turn into a fetish of any kind, there would have been no diapers in the house. My parents are very reserved when it comes to sex. They would never intentionally do anything that would result in me wanting to have sex.

Q. Did you find being diapered by your parents arousing?

A: I was twelve. And, while I understand some people who read this blog were sexually active at that age, I wasn't. I didn't start masturbating until I was fifteen, and I lost my virginity the night of senior prom. I never once found wearing diapers stimulating, just embarrassing and uncomfortable.

Q. So how did you come to like diapers/messing in diapers?

A. It wasn't until freshman year of college that I even put on a diaper. I was actually extremely stressed out, depressed, and feeling really, really low. I was sitting in my dorm room putting off studying when I started searching for stuff on Google. The first thing I searched for was the park we used to go to for our family reunion. Then I searched for some diaper terms, including "diapers as humiliation." I found three or four blogs, and every one of them actually referred to this blog at some point. I linked to this one and read through entries... many many entries. I sent Chris and email and actually went out to buy some diapers at Publix. I came back and messed in them, and realized that it made me feel at ease. I heard back from Chris a little later, and we have since talked and met enough so that I pretty much realize the whole deal with me.

Q. How did you ever forgive your parents?

A. As I mentioned in the original blog essay, I forgave my parents when they bought me a car. I think they were pretty good parents in some other ways, and again, if they had any clue what diapering me would accomplish, they would not have done it.

I'm not kidding about the car. Any resentment was gone when they bought it for me. I don't consider myself materialistic, but I know that my father really had to swallow his lack of trust to purchase his son a ride, and I realized at that point that any distrust he had in me was probably gone. So it wasn't a bribe, as one of you said, but more a symbol.

Q. Do you still talk to your cousin?

A. My cousin and I are really, really good friends.

My cousin was outed to his friends and family on Facebook last year. He was a senior in high school, and someone he'd done stuff with blew up his spot on his Facebook wall, and by tagging him in some posts, when he was on a long flight and couldn't do anything about it. I'm actually the one who guessed his password and removed the stuff and deleted the kid posting it. But not before his parents, and my parents, and other people saw it. His voicemail was full when his flight landed.

His parents were really, really upset. But they actually made more of a big deal about him having sex than they did about him having sex with a guy. He told me he thinks they already suspected.

My parents were way more cool about it than I ever would have thought. I thought they'd never speak to him again. Instead they talked to him like nothing had ever happened. He knew they accepted him when my mother asked him if he wanted to bring someone home for dinner one long weekend. She said something like there must be a special girl in your life. Or a special guy. Bring them to visit!

My father did make some rude remarks at first, but he later told me that if my cousin's parents had ever written off their kid he'd adopt him in a heartbeat. Which was, I think, my father's way of telling me that he's okay with gayness.

Q. Have you and your Dad spoken about what he did to you?

A. Yes, and no.

I never brought it up.

But when I was sixteen, and my father was teaching me how to drive, he told me something about keeping your hands on the steering wheel that I thought wasn't right. So I told him. And he told me to trust that he knew. And then, after a few minutes of silence, he told me something like... well, I guess I should stop thinking I always know all about the law. Sometimes I don't know shit. And I was like... hmm. And then he told me... if I could go back and change anything about my life it would be thinking I was a legal scholar at times that I should have probably consulted one. I'm not sure, but I think that was his way of saying he was wrong.

And when I went away to college, my father sat down to have a conversation with me. One of the many things that he brought up was sex. He talked about STDs for about thirty seconds, and about age of consent. And then he told me... I know I don't have to talk to you about any of this though, you are a trustworthy kid. I wish I had always realized that.

So we sort of talked about it.

Q: Have you talked to your cousin about it?

A. It came up when he talked about what happened on Facebook. We'd never talked about it, not even once. But he called me, crying, asking if I was the one who'd logged into his Facebook account (Facebook texted him saying someone from Orlando, FL had logged in, and he got the text when he landed). After he tried to explain what had happened he basically came out to me. And then he told me... I would not blame you for letting me twist in the wind, like I did to you when we were kids. And he apologized.

I love my cousin a lot.

Q: Do people know about your fetish?

A. No. Besides Chris, who I've met several times, nobody I personally know has any clue. My family doesn't know. My friends don't know. My ex-GF has no idea. I plan to keep it that way. I don't think other students at UCF would look very kindly on a 20yo college student who likes to shit on himself. It's not something that easily comes up in the conversation. So besides Chris, and you, nobody has a clue.

That's how I like it.

Q: Want to hang out/hook up?

A. Thank you, but no thank you. I am straight, first and foremost, and while I've had my diaper changed and stuff by a guy, I'm not looking for a hookup. I have no doubt that I'll meet other guys eventually, probably just to wear with each other, but after some of the stuff I've heard, I'm going to be fucking careful in who I meet.

That said, send emails to Chris and he'll forward them to me. I'm still using my college email but I will be making a diaper account soon enough.

Thanks for reading. Sorry Chris couldn't be bothered to edit my long as shit post. If you read it all, you are pretty rad.

Abysitter.com - Please Help Spread The Word

I work hard to put out a blog with a lot of quality material. I delve deep into my memories to bring you stories from growing up... I write commentary on issues related to our community... I work relentlessly to get permission from ABs and DLs to post pictures and videos... and I even do some photo shoots of my own.

It's all free. And all for you.

All I ask is that, if you're able, you contribute. A photo... a story... one, or many.

And if you're NOT able, all I ask is this:

PLEASE...
SPREAD THE WORD.

If you like a specific entry, please share it. Please Tweet it, post it to your diaper-related Facebook pages, post it on your own blogs, or post it on a status update on your diaper website profile.

Please be sure not to share the link anywhere where children may congregate. This includes a number of diaper websites. Each of you are smart enough to figure out where it is safe to share. But if you can think of a place that seems safe, please do it!

For those who already do this... thanks for all of your support!!!!

Love you guys...

Eric Sposito

Some of the hottest website diaper pictures I've seen online.

These photos were taken several years ago by Eric Sposito (www.ericshow.canalblog.com); thanks to BlueAudio for the link. I know this blog is now defunct, but my blog has a pretty wide reader base... if anyone knows how to get in touch with Mr. Sposito, or if anyone connected with this shoot reads my blog, please email me: abysitter@gmail.com and put me in touch.

Contribute! I Can't Do It Alone...

As you probably know, I am always looking for adult baby and/or diaper lover pictures to share with my blog readers.

I am also looking for writings from anyone in our community who feels they have something to add to the conversation.

I am looking for essays, short stories, long stories, and commentary. I prefer true stories for now, but I will be hosting a fiction contest coming soon and we'll be looking for works-of-fiction stories at that time, as well.

As usual, rule number one is that you must be 18 and the subject of the photo, or in rare cases, the photographer with permission from the subject (18+) to share on my blog.

A new rule is that, if you are contributing anything to the blog and need to obtain permission from anyone else in our community (daddy, mommy, brother, boyfriend/girlfriend, or anyone else), you need to obtain said permission before contributing.

(I think the above rule is kind of stupid, but since it has come up, I threw it up there.)

BLOGGERS!
If you have a blog or website and would like to do some cross-promotion I am always down for that. Don't feel like you can't contribute photos to my blog just because you have a blog of your own. I'd be happy to share some pictures or writings here and link to your blog for a little promotion.

PAST CONTRIBUTORS?
If you have contributed pictures before, please feel free to do so again. My email is still abysitter@gmail.com. If you sent pictures and I did not use them, or did not use them all, please feel free to send the same pictures that were not used. I get way too much email and sometimes lose messages in the inbox black hole before I am able to post the content in them.

Lastly, if we've recently talked and I have pictures you sent in the last couple of weeks... many will be going up over the course of the next week. I was busy last week, and had an awesome visit from a diaperboy over the weekend, so to be honest, the last thing on my mind has been the blog. But trust me, your pictures will be going up very soon...

For anyone else, consider whether you would be willing to share. If you are, my readers and I thank you in advance.

My email is abysitter@gmail.com.
