Baby Pictures: Baby Spencey

Up today I have the latest contribution from Baby Spencey! Spencer is a former collegebaby in the midwest who's contributed to this blog what just might be a record number of times. Spencey has been sending in pictures since 2010, and I'm excited to have some new ones - his baby pics are always adorable.
