Is he guilty? A jury acquitted him of all but one charge. They acknowledged that the supposed 'victim' lied about being assaulted. But the one charge he was convicted of - one out of seven - could result in a mother of a sentence.
I've said all along that this guy is probably guilty of nothing more than being way too creepy and having really poor judgement. None of us were there, though. But be forewarned: when considering involving crazy, desperate non-ABDLs in your play... think twice.
